The Veterans Welfare Centre will assist veterans with a range of pension and welfare-related matters and are particularly able to guide you through the bureaucratic maze and red tape you might otherwise encounter.

Each year, however, the GDVVAA appoints its own Welfare Officer as part of the GDVVAA Committee with the task of ensuring that the particular needs of Vietnam veterans continue to be met. Vietnam veterans may contact this person through the SJOG office listed above.

The current GDVVAA Welfare Officer is Les Fuller.

The GDVVAA continues to provide financial support to the GVWC annually as a result of its fundraising efforts and by the tremendous voluntary support given by GDVVAA members as pension and welfare officers.
